Personally, I think your choice makes a lot of sense, and I agree with you
that it would be good for the community to have a simple and straightforward
name like "[LEGO] Technic MOTM".

| To be honest, if I went looking for something called the Technic MOTM, I'd probably go to ldraw.org first to find it. So, I think you can call it what you want, but something else might be better. "MoTEC" just sounds so cool, how can you resist? (...) (22 years ago, 8-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)

Okay, so here's the deal, Tim Courtney from LDraw.org has asked me to change the name of Technic MOTM into something _not_ Model Of The Month since he feels MOTM is "an important part of LDraw.org's recognition". I _will_ change the name despite (...) (22 years ago, 3-Mar-02, to lugnet.technic)
