Hi everybody. :-) I thought it would be fun to have a mini-fig survey. I had
two different things in mind for this survey, so I used two different terms
to better express what I was asking. A “character” is a fig that you have
given a name, a background, or a personality. A fig is, well, a fig.

1. What is the first character you remember creating?

2. Of your current characters, which did you build first? Last?

3. Do you have clear “good” and “bad” characters, or is it all relative?

4. Have you ever built a MOC specifically for a pre-existing character?

5. How many custom (non-standard assembly) castle figs do you have? How
many have some bit of a background, or a personality?

6. Which Castle subtheme has the best figs?

7. Is there a type of fig you find easy to make? A type you find difficult?

8. Have you ever bought a set just for the figs?

9. Which non-Castle theme is the best source of Castle compatible figs?

10. Is making a background and/or personality for a fig something you find
simple, or challenging?

If you think of some other questions, add them on.

My answers:

1. Either Grand Sage Sennet, King Mac, or Princess Belinda. They were all
created about the same time quite awhile ago.

2. See #1. Katrina, a member of the Ebony Kyth, the group that handles all
of the Drakyns’ secret missions.

3. Relative, I guess. Some characters are definitely bad, but other
characters that aren’t really evil can do damage without meaning to just
because of a certain prejudice or priority.

4. Yes, Ardsley, Honora Quickflight and Noble Gralldeath's home.

5. 198 and 125 (Let’s just say I don’t have a lot of huge armies ;-)

6. Knight’s Kingdom (Although, if the Dark Forest had included a couple of
lady figs, I would have chosen it.)

7. Storytellers always come to mind, but I have to think to remember the
soldiers.

8. Yes. Several different smaller sets.

9. Star Wars (Shocking answer, I know.)

10. Like building, sometimes I really struggle with this, and other times it
just comes together.
