Gov. Etineau enraged
Governor Etineau, enraged upon hearing about the Firriney attack, has ordered Gen. Sutton to dispatch part of the Northern Army to pursue the rebels. Many people doubt the mission will actually encounter rebels, whom are led by the wily Mel Kian.

Wolf Arty is captured by the Northern Army
The troop of soldiers sent to capture the rebels returned today with one boy. The boy is a member of the Wolf Clan, named Arty. The Major in charge of the mission has accused Arty of planning to attack the troop while Arty maintains he was only hunting. Etineau has declared he will support the NA Major and further stated that any member of the Wolf Clan may be held indefinately as a possible member of the rebellion. Etineau plans on executing Arty as an example to the other rebels.

Dokeste and Jorchi sign a letter condemning Etineau’s actions.
Copltonians protest Arty’s incarceration and planned execution.

Tribal leaders Dokeste and Jorchi have signed the Llyra Declaration, penned by Maeve Llyra condemning Etineau’s recent actions concerning the Wolf Arty. Also signing was prominent Copltonian Blacksmith Rikly, who is a proud member of the Wolf Clan. “Etineau plans on turning good citizens like me into rebels by making us criminals,” Rikly added. “I’ve got no love for Firriney, but none for this bogus law either.” A large crowd gathered in front of Castle Pahl to voice their agreement with Rikly. Among the crowd was Calib Simkul, owner of Simkul Tavern. Calib said, “If they do this to the Wolves they could do it to anyone. We can’t allow this to happen!”

Arty inside Castle Pahl
Etineau, fearful that the protesters might storm the jail cells outside the castle, moved Arty into the castle. “I have no intention of being easy of traitors and rebels,” he said.

20 Qd. 900. Coplton.

Etineau today agreed to not execute Arty but said that he would keep Arty in custody. This has relaxed the tense situation here in Coplton, but protests have moved from all day affairs to afternoons. Local leader Calib Simkul explains, “We can’t continue forever outside the castle. We’ve won a small battle, but we aren’t going to stop holding protests until Arty is free.”

39 Qd. 900. Kyamitsu.

The Battle of Kyamitsu.
Dokeste sent Mel Sesoly to Kyamitsu yesterday in an effort to make some sort of connection with Miyamoto. However Sesoly failed to raise his flag of truce, which Miyamoto interpreted a sign of war. See the link for more information.

The Battle of Kozlyn Bridge.
Sesoly’s warriors retreated from Kyamitsu to Kozlyn Bridge with Mel Tetsin and the Zuotei in close pursuit. Mel Miran arrived just in time to even the odds. See more under the link.

Minister Dimitri Minola meets with Etineau
Dimitri hands Etineau the duty records for the last month.

Treasury Advisor Dimitri Minola (son of Domino Minola) warned Etineau today that Tariff Duties, which accounts for the majority of the Copecaer Government’s income, has decreased by a fourth in the past month. The reduced income is especially dangerous given the increased expenses of the Northern Army. Dimitri has located the loss to be coming from Glen Daerndd for unknown reasons.
