| Lego Legend set Reviews Welcome to the Legends and Sculptures set reviews page! I’ve compiled a short compendium of reviews and such for the Lego Legends and sculptures line for those who want to read more in-depth reviews, courtesy of me! Anyway, here’s a few reviews for the Legend theme. Hope you enjoy the reviews... Legend and Sculptures Set Reviews Set Name: Guarded Inn perfect! Rating: 10/10 Overall Model: 2/2 Parts Selection: 2/2 Color Scheme: 2/2 Function: 2/2 Alternate Models: 2/2 I would definitely have to say this is about one of the foremost models on the castle scale today, not solely due to its popularity, public image, or even its preferability on other ratings scale, but mostly due to its design, functions, and above all, overall look compared to other models. You may be wondering, ‘what’s so great about this set, anyway?’. The Guarded Inn seems more like a project that took a lot of thought and effort, on the contrary to other models from its theme, and although it blends modularity with modern castle elements, still looks excellent on the mainstream. The brick value is quite a deal, similar in part to the Blacksmith Shop, and each brick comes in less than ten cents, making the model a good choice for extra parts as well. Function weigns in pretty heavily with the set, with opening doors, plenty of weapons, and of course, the ability to combine with other models such as Armor Shop and Blacksmith Shop, to create a Medieval Hamlet, or a compliment to you Town square. There’s enough here to create a wide variety of alternate models, but with a set as good as this, you might want to consider purchasing multiple copies before you take it apart. My final take? I highly suggest purchasing this set, even if you dislike the castle theme entirely. You might find something you like.. I am considering purchasing a few more copies of this set just for the heck of it...now, if only the Black Falcon’s Fortress or the Battrax made it to the Legends page... Items of Interest...
