No, those aren’t “good” guesses in the spirit of “can we get another clue for a

1 - yes, technically it doesn’t match the colors given, but work with me here,

2 - Didn’t he used to live in Bakersfield? That’s in California anyway, although
not a close community, I don’t think. Presuably you have to be of a certain age
to get the connection
3 - A tire technically doesn’t HAVE a wheel, it just GOES on a wheel
