Fabuland or suspected of being Fabuland.

Under each picture, Sybrand lists all the Fabuland sets each element is in.
The part you show in your picture at Brickshelf is listed as
EJ5 6x8x1 square box red: 3680 yellow: 3634[1980 vintage!]
A related part is
EJ4 6x6x1 square box yellow: 3627 white: 3637
blue: 3639 (3643)red: 3641, 3670
