I cannot vouch for these as I have not received mine yet... but a club I'm
associated with ordered some and I should have some soon. I am not sure if
this is the right part or not.

Sorry if that's a bit vague.

As to heatshrink tubing, any well equipped hobbyist electronics place ought
to have some. In the US west, try Frys... they have everything. Elsewhere in
the US try Radio Shack, sometimes they have it.

Thanks Larry, I am in Australia so will have to try and find some here have tried dick smiths and tandys here showed them the wheels they could not come up with anything so now the search is on. Thanks again mate. Craig Roberts (22 years ago, 6-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)

Just a few notes about the playmobil tires. They do fit around the large red wheels. (not the small ones on 7740) Sorry for the confusion. I have fitted them on my 4-4-0 that uses these wheels and they seem to work good. Maybe even to good, now my (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains)
