I'd suggest the standard places... NMRA, TrainWeb, plus try a search for
"Jordan Spreader" and "Flanger" on Google.

Is there a big interest in these sorts of models? They tend to be smallish.
They're on my list of things to think about though..

Small, so they get fairly complicated, end up being fairly expensive...  An
undecorated HO scale Tamper track alignment buggy costs $42!
