Hi John,

No need to stroke my ego. :)  Just acknowledging you saw it is fine.
Glad you enjoyed it.

I see my response proding bait worked. :)  No offense to anyone.
(BTW, I like the chess set and the Queen).  I was in vent mode.

Check CLSotW for my site with still pics.  Please send me the link to
your ramjet design when its done.

Pete,  Thanks for checking out my animated space station.  I thought
it almost went by unnoticed again.  It could be smoother, but the
file would be twice as big.  Also, the bigger you make the display
window, the slower it rotates.

Seems like most people here ignored it or cannot appreciate the
engineering/originality/creativity involved.  This must be because it
does not look like anything they recognize.  (It is NOT Star Wars, a
train, castle, cathedral, building, pirate ship, chess set or Queen
Imadogga.)  Guess the "compartmentalized dorks" don't understand
non-orthogonal design. :)  Just kidding. (Vent mode - OFF)

Gosh, Rick, I'm sorry I didn't take the time to stroke your ego... <smile>

Actually, I enjoyed your space station animation the first time that you publicized
it, somewhat over a month ago.  Back then I was "read-only" on LUGNET.  Didn't you
also have some stills posted at some point?  I would really like to see some detail
shots of this monster.  Your GIF is shot from a considerable distance --
understandable, since you want to show the whole model.

As for not appreciating non-orthogonal design, I'm drafting a design for a Lego
Bussard ramjet...
<smile #2>
