D005 The L-Majestic Hotel & Resort - Phase 1 Ahui Herrera
This is a hotel modeled ‘loosely’ after one near my house. This is phase 1 of 5 for my hotel model. This building is the main lobby and has 2 detailed floors. The first floor houses the front desk, restroom, a fountain, and a lounge with big screen tv. The 2nd floor has a galley, buffet bar with 3 tables and chairs, a video game room and the manager’s room/office.

D006 Windy Point Inn Jason Sutherland
Lakefront Bed & Breakfast

D007 Single Family House Bryan Wong
This is a large house with some features typical to houses in my neighbourhood. At the moment, the house is hollow (except for a bunch of supporting beams for the roof). I intend to build a detailed interior sometime in the future...

D008 Row Buildings T. J. Avery
3 small connected office buildings.

D009 (was C003) Legofield Fire Co. Station 1 Ryan Dennett
This is Legofield Fire Company Station 1 with a maintainance garage and training tower.

D010 (was E002) Small White Church Josh Baakko
Here is my first, and currently only, Church, the interior holds 14 to 21 minifigs seated, in 7 rows of pews. The curch has yet to pick a faith. The red square on the map shows its position in town.

D011 (was E004) Office building Greg Howell
A small design company in a modern structure.

D012 (was E005) McDonald’s Restaurant Pierre Normandin
A McDo restaurant with a drive-thru...

D013 (was E010) Homestead Building Erik Olson
Model of the Homestead Building in Kew Gardens, NY. This Tudor-style building has varied decorative timber patterns.

D014 (was E008) Police Station with Rotating Chase Scene Cary Clark
This building has a rotating second floor to add a bit of animation and fun to the NCLTC layout.

E009 Municipal Garage Kevin Zwicker
Small municipal garage for utility vehicles. Features include: an urban planner’s office, workshop and exterior fuel tank. (Please note this entry’s number of E009 while in category D - this is because it was moved after receiving votes).
