Stanford Bunny made of Legos

The standard model in 3D computer graphics was for many years the Utah Teapot. It is composed of a series of bezier patches.

As the computer graphics world moved to more realistic and less idealized models, triangle meshes became popular. The Stanford Bunny has become the standard test set for 3D computer graphics. The full dataset can be obtained from the Stanford 3D Scanning Repository.

As I have improved my software I have built the bunny many times with different types of pieces and in different colors.

One of the first Lego sculptures that I produced was a version of this bunny. Full plans available as both ldr and as pdf on BrickShelf.
