The Royal Court meeting. 38 Sx. 900

Etineau begins the Royal Court meeting by welcoming James Henry and outlining the Agenda.

First is the Northern Army’s role in the mounting Caeric infighting. James Henry demands that Sutton stop the fighting, while Sutton maintains that after the Avek Ridge Raid, any rash moves could weaken the government’s position.

Mercenary General Appleyard accuses Sutton of being a coward and trying to avoid fighting. Appleyard declares that the Northern Army wants revenge after the Avek Ridge Raid, while Sutton is killing their morale by denying them. James Henry then orders Sutton to attack the Caers in Edoine.

Sutton refuses and James Henry removes him from command, replacing him with Appleyard. James and Appleyard then discuss the strategy of attacking the Caeric armies in Edoine and Appleyard agrees to leave with the 3rd Regiment as soon as the 1st Regiment arrives. Sutton marches off in anger.

The meeting then moves on to Neuborg’s Tax Plan, which he outlines for James Henry.

James Henry grants his permission and leaves with Neuborg and Dimitri Minola to further discuss the details of the tax, moving for immeadiate implementation of the manufacturing tax.

James Henry leaves before addressing the Arty Agreement, ignoring Etineau’s pleas to deal with the issue.
