| ELYZABET’S letter to Etineau Gov. Etineau- The port authority regretfully informs you that duties have fallen severely in the past few weeks. This is because of the severe drop in recent trade. We are unable to account for the drop. Because of this we will be unable to fulfill our taxation quota for this month.
