What does this mean?

For anyone who hates to read between the lines, this license basically means that these photos are all copyright of the photographer, M. Aaron Hein. If someone wants to use these photos, contact must be made with me so we can arrange something. Typically, I charge a modest fee to transfer the license of use over to you.

What does transfer of use imply?

License of use basically implies that you can use the photo for any need that you would deem necessary, whether this is for use on logos, posters, reports, brochures, greeting cards, video projects, the list goes on and on. With the license, you are entitled to profit from these images as well and sell prints of them at your discretion.

The only conditions are that you purchase the license from me at our agreed cost.

What do I charge?

Depends on the image, use and the offer you give me. You may also select options if those are desired, and I can post-process the image file with photoshop to meet any tailored demands, whatver those may be. contrast changes, tinting, framing, etc. Typically, images run from $25 and up. Not bad, considering that many photographers in the industry would charge outrageous fees to get the shots.
