A radar traffiker operating for the Ludenberg sector of Lucaria South, Hawkins had originally gained his position after graduation from Lancaster Miltant academy. Although he survived the original attack on Ludenberg in the year 2001, he met a somewhat untimely death at the hands of a man named Mao, a fellow graduate of Lancaster, and a political dissendent of the IRLCC, once Piel Guarde’s right hand man. Coincidently, Mao met an equally violent death two years later. Although the MIA claims no recognition of Hawkins acts, the radical anarchist group Antioch, created a monument to his memory, perhaps a harbinger to his clandestine affiliation with their political continguincy. Some historians, however, still dispute the fact in which Hawkins was rumoured to have parried an attack by KGF forces, to save a platoon of MIA soldiers. K. Aurant
The only survivor of President Sergio Aurant’s two offspring and a member of the Inter-Regional Senatatorial Coalition IRSC, Kariss had from her earliest years in the establishment, wished for a stable relationship and a career in political science, although she unexpectedly emerged from her graduation from Senatoral Preparatory Academy to be assigned a government position within the intellectual defense sector of the Draken Syndicate. After a variety of promotions and three years into her work, her expertise and connections in the political front have led to her repeated provision of logistical support for Dash’s clandestine operations, although her safety is usually put in great risk. Although at times she may seem overtly confident, pressuring, prioritized and stern, at heart she remains passionate at her work. In relationship, however, her attempts to maintain a professional gap between them are found to be labored. As the pressure of her temporary occupation merits, Kariss seems in a constant battle to cover up for her insecurities, although Dash has absolutely no idea what they may be. Still, Kariss has much in common with Agent Dash, but warranted their social difference and his affair with another agent (Rose), they retain the gap between themselves, even after Dash loses both his youngest son, Leon, and his fiancee Rose, to a political assassination by KGF agents. Sergio Aurant, the only Member of the IRLCC to originate from earth, was a pioneer in his early days of peacekeeping, and arranging Inter-Regional Affairs. In his early days of serving in the European Coalition Government (based in Southern France, earth) , Aurant was expelled from the commission, after proposing his idealist spartan government, deemed by the council as a justly invasive stance of political idealism. After wards, flaunting his flamboyant ideals, Aurant was reassigned, and left Earth to pursue relations as an inter-militant diplomat between the USESF and IRLCC, and soon thereafter gained a position on the Kasketuan government as a high ranking archival officer. It wasn’t too soon thereafter, that Aurant discovered the attrocities committed against humans by the authoritarian Kasketuan oligarchy, and revealed documents proving these allegations to the IRLCC. What followed next had been a brutal vendetta for his capture and political execution, as Aurant lost his wife and first borne Daughter to the KGF. Escaping from the political scene, he and his second daughter Kariss eventually arrived to the Flaoting city of Lucaria for haven. Soon afterwards, as a dissident, Aurant established himself within the ranks of the IRLCC, renouncing his allegiance to the vehement KGF. A wise and subtle man, Aurant presides command over Dash Dracon, and serves as a father to most Draken members advising politicians and citizens alike on governmental affairs. Sergio Ferdinand Aurant is now credited with the very highly successful spartan government, as with all citizens now serving in the military, and a lack of reliance on foreign resources have allowed the IRLCC to proliferate beyond its wildest expectations. But contrary to the opine of the free world, Sergio’s ulterior aspirations are known only to his inner circle, Dash excluded from the truth. D.Dracon a.k.a R. Blake
Dash Drakonova, a high ranking officer of the MIA, and once member of the KGF, is among the more prominent of the IRLCC. Originally a member of the elite government militant academy Lancaster, Dash had been trained from an early age in the way of the sword, and to harness his inherent powers. Naturally, being half Purebred (human) , half Antipode, humans who bore ancestry to those whom had coalasced with technology, Dash has fiery vermillion eyes and an ability to see that whih others cannot. He has been outcasted by others for his ancestry, and his heritage, hence; a Hybrid. The son of an elite IRLCC politician, by the name of Ludandrian Blake, and a prominent Antipode woman, Dash, from his very early years, had been forced into genetic amelioration and training under the Kasketuan SSS, soon only to be transferred to Lucaria in clandestine backroom exchange, which to this day, remains a question. An unknowing subject of a government test on the effects of culturing the citizen, Dahs frequently encountered banned intelligence such as ‘Spirit of the laws’ and the early doctrines of Locke, which advocated democracy, and thus developed question against the very government which supported him, although surreptitious at first. From the age of ten, Dash had been raised and taught by upper class initiates at the Lancaster military academy, and rose the ranks nonetheless racist comments against his family name. Although his parents had been brutally murdered by political opponents of the IRLCC, Dash, had found some solace after courting a girl by the name of Rose, an Antipode woman herself. A year later, Rose and his young son, Leon, lost their lives after being fired upon by ‘Kasketuan’ authorities, as Dash tried and failed, in his extent to protect them, suffering massive injuries. Encompassed in a great deal of depression and grievance, from that point on, his will to fight was forged solid, and Dash developed a seething fervor for vindication against those whomwould transgress his freedom, taking arms against Guarde, whom was purported to have taken responsibility for the attack. However, even belonging to the DRAKEN, he remained oblivious to the veracity of the situation, and its significance. and there remains far more complexity to the situation than he would like to believe... The genetic father to Dash Dracon Nova and a highly ranking militant within the state establishment, Ludandrian Blake was quitw a highly regarded member of society, one whom ‘possessed a radiance and candor, a rarity in such an age’,. Son of a well-to-do entrepreneur, and a last surviving member of the Blake Codex, a long established line of the purebred human lineage, dating back centuries, Ludandrian spent most of his earlier years dabbling with local politics and corporation boards, Ludandrian gained much nororiety as a flamboyant and outspoken politician, whom would frequently speak his mind, no matter the opinion against him. A long standing advocate for antipode freedom, Ludandrian did the impossible, breaking the societal laws to court a high ranking antipode woman, whom soon bore a son by the name of Rezka, thus enraging his opponents. And thus, for but a year, he remained in office until a deadly string of political assassinations left more than twenty high ranking officials within the Draken government dead, including Ludandrian, whom was shot, beaten, then thrown out a window to plummet to his death, followed by a quiet and hasty government service to honor him, and genetic testing to follow for his seized son. But only a week after his death, both the son and Ludandrian’s body disappeared from government holdings, only for the boy to resurface ten years later in a clandestine deal between the KGF and the IRLCC. Although some speculate as to the true meaning of his death, one can only wonder if the MIA had some form of involvement. O. Kalline Briare
A diaparaged young man forced into the streets at an early age after several run-ins with government authorities and a very unstable homelife, Osprey had once held a high position within a terrorist cell known as Antioch, although his position within the organization was very short lived and ended with a with a stigmatic internal coup against his authority, the process nearly left him dead if it weren’t for the intervention of a young woman named Kariss. Fueled by animosity for his abandonment by his biological parents and a general lack of placement in society, Osprey is in essence, a pure romantic, his only strive in life to gain acceptance, and Kariss, the woman to save him granted him it in the sense of a government position. The government, finding several of his cerdentials and intelligence to be of use, accepted her bid for Osprey’s haven and several months into proceedings, he was released from government incarceration to proceed with logistical studies, mainly in computer hacking. With a strong sense of intelligence, he entered study within the Lancaster Military academy at age 16, and now supports Dash Dracon operations as a secondsary logistitics supporter, although he rarely ever works on the field. Several years into study, Osprey did uncover the identities of parents, his mother which turned out to be the same as Dash’s, a woman by the name of Rinai. Osprey’s biological father and traitor to the Inter Regional Lucarian Coalition Committee, Kiyne Briare had, from an early age, despised authority, cherished dissonance and practiced the aimless philosophy of Nihilism. A senatorial hopeful at the age of eighteen and graduate of the Allercus Government Pare Military Academy AGPA-M, he fell out of the election runnings soon thereafter and never trule regained his edge on the legitimate political front. Possibly devastated by his failure to hold public office and the poor economic state of Allercus during the late 70’s, Kiyne rallied and conspired with the underground establishment, and after a corrupt campaign of bribes, assassinations and payouts, received a position on the magistrate. However, Kiyne’s ambitions preceeded him and his strives against the productivity of the forum in favor of outside influence angered a great deal of his colleagues. Ten years after serving on the council, Kiyne courted a woman by the name of Rinai, whom unknowingly to him, also had an affair with an affluent politican known as Ludandrian. Ludandrian, in retailation, raised a ruckus over Kiyne’s intrusion on his affairs, publicly dishonoring him on the political front. This attack, in addition to Ludandrian’s animosity to the underground, led Kiyne to take the opportunity during a violent power striggle to violently gun down Ludandrian. P. Guarde
Piel Guarde, the ruthless Dictator of the Kasketuan Rerrestrial Military Authority has held rule over the desert region for two and a half decades, and in that time of governance has enacted a great deal of repressive polities with the only intent of attacking the IRLCC, although they do not necessarily polish his image. Known amongst acquaintences and rivals as an exteemelly stern, straight to the point, relentless and unforgiving character, Guarde has attained a reputation of a cold hearted tyrant, once taking the prerogatory to assassinate a group of IRLCC diplomats on a peaceful delegation to his compound. Although little is known as to the true intend on his hatred of the Inter Regional Lucarian Coalition Committee, is is widely thought his animosity stems from the two decade terrestrial war between the terra bound factions and those confined to the sky_spheres which had left most of the known world scorched and scarred. Oddly enough, Piel also has a passionate side few ever see, although to his mistresses and known acquaintences he is purely fanatical. Deemed be the coalition as a threat on the highest level of security, Allercus commission, a world class para-military source, has attempted for years to nautralize Guarde, but met with discouraging results, never emerged successful. In essence, it still remains a question to Piel Guarde’s true intentions, although several believe that he simply wishes to exterminate S. Aurant for dissenting from the 2001 Kasketuan Delegation Summit. Judging by his radical tendencies, some have in fact, thought his wars to be a full ranged effort to further extablish his interests in the skies and tear the sky_spheres from human influence. Kaiye, a young woman of Antipode descent, happens to befriend Osprey during his early years of study at Lancaster Military Academy, although he vies her more og a hinderance to his study than anything else. Friendly and astute, Lucaa can be best labeled as gregarious, and her overtly social nature enters her into a conflict of interest with Kariss, creating a rift between them and her trust of Osprey. Several months after meeting him, Luca soon graduates from the university and disappears from the scene until her path once again crosses with Osprey ten years later, as conversation and a failed rekindeling of their relationship ensues. However, several months afterwards, she dies valiently in governmental service as a marytr to Lucaria. M. Meire
A depraved, tyrannical and power hungry heir to the dictatorship of authoritarian Kasketua, Mao had once served as a student in the famed Lancaster Academy, and was once touted by the Lucarian Republic as a man with ‘clear conscience and consistent candor’ and a ‘future example of a state leader’. But yet, he held a sort of ambivalence towards the state, which led him down the path of insurgency, after several fiery speeches and accounts of distribution of propaganda. After a brief confrontation regarding his actions, Mao Meire shot several military officials and nearly incited riot, fleeing to Kasketua for political refuge. Hailed as a hero to the Kasketuan public, from that point, Mao Meire led hundreds of isloated terrorist strikes against both civilian and military transit vehicles and locations, killing at least two hundred citizens and twenty officers of the IRLCC. Meire is thought to be responsible for the riot which led to the great insurgency of Ludenberg, and eventually a war which lasted over twenty years, desecrating most of the world. But, in his strive for absolute power, and his relentless annihilation to those who opposed him, the Antioch Front, in retalitation to the murder of their key intelligence officer, dispatched several agents to Kasketua, and they consequently gunned him down after a bloody confrontation. Eddie Romulus, chieftain of Kasketuan war affairs, and diplomacy has held the position of directory for over thirty years, and although uncontested in his position of tyranny and disdain towards political activists and reformers, has been the center of assassination efforts for over half of his time as the CWA position. Romulus currently heads the Kasketuan Ninjitsu corps, and oversees weapons development banned by the IRLCC summit of 2007, but all efforts to uncover his top priority nucuear and biological weaponry development plans have failed horribly. As quoted in an earlier interview from 2020, Romulus was reported to have said “KGF agents have no affiliation with our respective interests.” On subject of undisclosed government development. Although he did no formally specify which type of ‘development’ cited, officials have reason to believe his oversight in war affairs may endanger other sovereign nations within its axis.
