| Matt Hein Information Hello, my name is Matt. I’m a local artists in the Phoenix area. I’m really fascinated by Traditional Art, Computer Graphics and just about everything in between that is art-related. I believe that the most fundamental approach to anything lies in actually investigating a concept/ object in the abstract and trying to look at the bigger picture. Simplicity is beauty and represents everything that visual art is about - a story, a concept, something to capture the collective imagination. My colleagues tend to see me as a quiet and reserved guy who is easy to get along with. I appreciate those with maturity, respect for others and a good work ethic. A few of my characteristics include being brooding, reserved and driven to find designing solutions. What I enjoy the most about art is the collaborative process- working on a project with a team of artists. Learning the working methods/ styles of fellow artists and receiving critique inspires me to give my work my personal best. I find all of this very rewarding. Personal hobbies of mine include sketching, creative writing, photography and legos (believe it or not!) I am also a coin collector and enjoy reading about nature and faraway places.
