I'm thinking about tearing down there on MLK weekend, but only for one
LONG
day, since I've seen the park several times already.
Would anyone want to go down on 1/13-15, and any preference on which day
(I'd prefer 13 or 15, as my wife works those days)?
I don't know if I'd want to go by myself, as I'd rather split gas costs
with someone ;-)
If I DO end up going, the plan would be to stop by the Downtown
Disney (The shopping center between Disneyland and California
Adventures) on
the way to/from Carlsbad, so time planning would be critical.
According to a post in .general, the shop will be open 1/12.

Hey everyone, welcome the new guy, baptized by fire! :-)
It probably is a good thing to discuss our next get-together anyway for the
Fukaya room, though much thought and energy is being put into the train layout
right now. Can you possibly help? That's what needs critical attention for the
August 4 - 6 NMRA show In San Jose.
Mike Poindexter, who has the base of the layout, lives in Selma (a few minutes
south of Fresno) and needs real help in building it up. I've been down to
help, but probably can't do it again before the show.
What about the next date being sometime in September? And we should probably
book December's meeting now as well.. remember last year? :)
