When designing a part with a graphic on it, like a minifig torso, for
instance, is it possible to "overlap" image shapes of different colors, or
must there only be one "level" of image on a surface?  How would LDraw
represent a DAT which had layered images?  For that matter, how would L3P
translate it?

If you layer the levels by a very small amount (.00001 or something),
it'll render nicely in POV-Ray after being converted with L3P.  However,
it'll look awful in LDraw/Ldlite.  When shapes overlap in LDraw, one
color seems to take precedence over another randomly...

There should never be coincident faces in a part.
It will confuse all rendering programs including PovRay.
The color of the overlapping area will fluctuate (according to rounding errors)
between the two colors.
