The city of East Allercus, quite possibly one of the final standing section of the terrestrial presence two millenia ago, still stands to this day in shambles.
The original city was divided into two sections, cut apart by the ruins of Luc Allercus. The western section, dominated by nobility and the well to do, seems to be in constant conflict with the eastern government, which is significantly impecunious and indiginent.
Arriving at the scene, Dash Dracon was confronted by several Anti-FIN factions, albeit Dash hated the FIN.
