Anne Jorunn Midtkil
("aj-ml")

Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Trains and town - the old villas from the 70's will always be a favorite, and anything else that work in my town. I also build Tecnich with my husband.

My fascination with LEGO began... I think I inherited quite a bit of Lego from my cousins, who lived next door and were 12 years my seniors. I clearly remember a 349 villa, which came out in 1971, when I was 1 year old... it was always a favorite.

I once built... ...houses with outlays that covered my whole room, even though I did not have a lot of bricks.

Someday I will build... ...a town that has great houses and railroads and covers a new room when I get a bigger place and our own playroom.

LEGO is great because... ...it cheers me up any sad day.

LEGO fans are great because... ...they still keep in contact with their inner child.

My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: Computer games and the occasional Barbie

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Sawing, mainly doll cloths and clothes and costumes for my nice and nephews

My favorite Foods: Beer, whiskey, Italian food and wine, and sushi

My favorite Movies & TV: too much - I've got a minor in film theory :-)

My favorite Pets & Animals: We've got more space now, and the cat is the boss of both us and the Lego

Words which best describe me: playful and intense

I love it when... ...my husband comes home with a new LEGO box for me.

I can't seem to get enough... ...roof pieces, especially inner corners, and train engines.

I always seem to have enough... ...wheels!

I hope I always... ...can get a happy husband when I get him some new Tecnich-sets.

I wish I could... ...relive my dark age years - and buy LEGO while I'm there!

I wish I hadn't... ... entered my dark ages.

In my craziest moments... ... I want to order lots of Lego form Lego Online for delivery to someone I know in a country were they deliver.

Believe it or not... ... I've once used a LEGO-allegory in a sermon in my congregation.

Rules I try to live by:
  1. Any child gets LEGO as gifts for Christmas, birthdays etc
  2. Any housewarming party gets LEGO as gifts
  3. Any other occasion to get people hooked should be used
