Craig Hamilton
("craigo-lego")

Favorite LEGO toys/themes: every and all. i never met a set i didn't like.

My fascination with LEGO began... so early in my life, i can't remember a time when it wasn't there.

I once built... hmm let's see... there was the the alien, a bunch of castles, an oak tree, a slew of dinosaurs, a retro buck rogers rocketship...

Someday I will build... myself into a corner, i'm sure. my list of "to build one day" projects is ever growing. right now, it includes: wayne manor with the batcave, the dreaming city from moorcock's _elric_ books. and herod's palace from oscar wilde's _salome_, and the moulin rouge.

LEGO is great because... it is always new, and i never know where it will lead me next!

LEGO fans are great because... they see the connections in things.

My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: micronauts, dinosaurs, & my bicycle

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: art of all forms. drawing and painting, theatre, history, hiking, & swimming.

My favorite Foods: carrots, granny smith apples, peter pan peanut butter, pasta, & japanese food.

My favorite Movies & TV: northern exposure, star trek~ next generation, x-files, & xena, warrior princess. hmm.. all have x.

My favorite Artists: michelangelo, alphonse mucha, frazetta, paul klee, lyendecker, beardsley, sargent, draper, & hunt.

My favorite Music: fave band~ shriekback, classical/romantic, chet baker, lorena mc kennit, annie lenox, & prince.

My favorite Pets & Animals: mr. paganninni, a big black cat with white fingertips and spats.

Words which best describe me: whirling time warper

I love it when... i fall asleep in the sun while laying on a rock in the middle of a cool bubbling river. also, whenever i get new lego, get old lego, or build an original creation.

I hate it when... a lego piece gets lost, or somebody tells me they'd give me all their old lego, but they sold it for $5 at a yard sale years ago.

I can't seem to get enough... ...of course, lego pieces.

I always seem to have enough... determination, creativity, and patience.

I hope I always... keep working to make my wishes and dreams come true.

I wish I could... draw two comic pages a day.

I could never... get a "real" job.

I hope I never... get a "real" job.

I wish I hadn't... no regrets; only priceless learning experiences.

In my craziest moments... my life is one big crazy moment!

Believe it or not... i can't wistlle.

If I were super-human... "if"?

More & Less:
  • more coaches, less critics
  • more human values, less corporate values
  • more art, less pollution

Rules I try to live by:
  1. to love one's self is the beginning of a lifelong affair.
  2. value every day, and be thankful for the experiences exchanged for it.
  3. "reality" is a word that should always be used in quotes.

Additional comments:

i can't begin to express how wonderful i think the lugnet community is! the internet presence of lego fans, and a desire to hob-nob among them is what got me over my "techno-phobia", and onto the net, and into computers. it has opened so many new doors into so many new worlds, with plenty of great friends along the way.

lugnet is a truly exceptional group of people. i wouldn't be suprised if aliens were using lego to cull the most apt of our human species, so they'll know which ones to save before the rest of humanity is exterminated.
