My fascination with LEGO began... I was given a lego set as a child in Europe in the early 70s
I once built... a working gantry crane with my father. He was an electrician and had installed all the motors and controls for the crane long before Lego made motors or Technic parts available. (ok, so he built it and I helped, hehe).
Someday I will build... a cathedral.
LEGO is great because... It is truly a tool for unlocking the imagination. I also credit my early days with Lego for leading me to my current career - 3d modeling for computer games.
LEGO fans are great because... It is a community that crosses all cultural and language barriers.
