Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Classic Space and Blacktron.

My fascination with LEGO began... When I bought a 442 and a 452 at a local store, it was the first lego experience I had with minifigs and boy was I hooked! I remember saving up a few dollars and then riding my bike to that store to see what else I could buy. My best friend got a "Space Cruiser" for his birthday and I was sooo jealous! I think it was 1978. To this day, Classic Space sets are like a fond memory and an old friend to me.

I once built... A huge moonbase using all my classic space sets when I was about 14.MY brother made a very small thing out of 4-5 bricks and tossed it in the center of the base, then he wrecked the whole thing claiming that he had dropped an Atom bomb on my base.....funny how I never forgot that!

Someday I will build... a glass display case so I can show my collection of classic space lego with boxes and instructions in a way that is dust free.... If I could only convince my wife to let me.

LEGO is great because... You can pick up 10-12 pieces at random and then your imagination takes off and you start building stuff, it really is the greatest toy ever!

LEGO fans are great because... They arent afraid to proclaim that they still like some of the toys they loved as kids and they are generally laid back and cool.

My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: My classic Boston Whaler fishing boat

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Boating, Family, Flyfishing and anything water related.

My favorite Foods: I love double cheeseburgers, I also enjoy Asian food, Italian food and good North Carolina Barbecue

My favorite Movies & TV: Sci Fi, all versions of Star Trek, babylon 5, farscape, History Channel, Band of Brothers and The Sopranos

My favorite Artists: Jimmy Buffett, Bob Marley, Gustav Holst, Mozart and Duke Ellington

My favorite Music: Caribbean Rock and Roll, Big Band Jazz, Country.

My favorite Pets & Animals: 1 dog that is truly beloved by my wife and daughters, well I love her too.

Words which best describe me: Likeable, outgoing and sarcastic.

I love it when... I have time to get things done like build with Lego or work on my Boat or take my kids fishing.

I hate it when... I lose an ebay auction for a small amount, when people cut me off in traffic and when anyone fails to use a turn signal....sheeeesh!

I can't seem to get enough... Time with my family, especially with my two amazing daughters.

I always seem to have enough... work

I hope I always... enjoy life and see it as the amazing gift that God made it to be.

I wish I could... work for myself in a technology related position.

I could never... work in a factory

I hope I never... stop trying to be the best husband and father I can possibly be.

I wish I hadn't... I am happy with my life, I dont have any regrets.

In my craziest moments... I can laugh so hard I almost pee on myself.

Believe it or not... I am 40!

If I were super-human... I would build orphanages all over the world so that every child on the planet had a warm place to sleep and someone to care for them.

More & Less:
  • more Freedom, less Government and Taxes
  • more Reading, less TV
  • more Love, less Hate

Rules I try to live by:
  1. Dont poop where you work
  2. Do unto others as you want done to yourself
  3. Pray daily for forgiveness!

Additional comments:

I am more of a Lego collector then anything else. I have been buying Classic Space sets for several years and now I am trying to go back and fill in the gaps on things like missing instructions or boxes whenever I can find them. I hope to one day have every classic space set and also have a way to display them so they dont get covered in dust!
