Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Castle, Pirate, Train, Studio

My fascination with LEGO began... Mid 1970's I used Lego bricks to build catapults, rams and other seige engines to attack the plastic model dinosaurs in my room.

I once built... the Bristol Docks scene from "Treasure Island".

Someday I will build... the rest of the scenes from Treasure Island.

LEGO is great because... building is creative, displaying your creations is affirming, and sorting is therapuetic.

LEGO fans are great because... they understand my obsession.

My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: PS2, Electronic Gadgets

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Computers

My favorite Foods: Everything but coconut.

My favorite Movies & TV: Pulp Fiction, West Wing

My favorite Artists: Edward Gorey

My favorite Music: Alternative, Reggae

My favorite Pets & Animals: Wildlife around my home (Deer, Turkeys, Eagles . . . )

Words which best describe me: Aging, Eclectic, Computer Geek

I love it when... a plan comes together as expected.

I hate it when... my beeper goes of at 3 in the morning.

I can't seem to get enough... My answer would be inappropriate for a family website.

I always seem to have enough... diverse interests and responsibilities competing for my attention.

I hope I always... have time to play.

I wish I could... play all the time.

I could never... part with my toys.

I hope I never... disappoint the people I care about.

I wish I hadn't... stopped learning to play the piano.

In my craziest moments... I am a danger to myself and others (but mostly to myself).

Believe it or not... I once plugged a power cord into the wall and touched my tongue to the other end. (I was 12, so I new better. I just wanted to see how much worse that a 9 volt battery it would be. Ever been hit in the base of your skull with a sock full of wet sand? That's what it felt like. Do not EVER try this at home.)

If I were super-human... I would rule the world. (Lets face it. Superman is an underachiever. He should be the benevolent dictator of the world. He couldn't be assasinated, and he believes in Tructh and Justice. He's tough on crime (but fair). Instead, he fights super-villains one on one, which, while saving us from the super-villains, preserves the status quo for the powers that be to visit their daily injustices to the little people.)

More & Less:
  • more Individual introspection and outward analysis, less Parrotting of opinions force fed by the media
  • more Understanding and celebration of the Human Condition, less Superstition
  • more High Definition programming, less Prescription Drug commercials and "reality" TV.

Rules I try to live by:
  1. Be excellent to each other.
  2. Take responsibility for yourself and your own actions
  3. Don't be stupid.
