Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Castle, by far my favorite. Other 'fantastic' themes like pirates, Space, etc.
My fascination with LEGO began... My wife repeatedly warned my that she would buy Lego in Europe. I repeatedly warned her that if she hooked me on Lego (again), she would create a monster. She did. :)
I once built... Any number of neat things. Nothing stunning or famous, though.
Someday I will build... Minas Tirith. A Battlestar.
LEGO is great because... Oh wow. Interlocking. 5-6 ratio. Bricks & plates. Take it apart and build it better. Umm, just wow. It's the perfect toy.
LEGO fans are great because... They know it's the perfect toy. :)
My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Billiards, the SCA, live roleplaying
My favorite Movies & TV: Good science fiction. (Who am I kidding - cheesy sci-fi too.)
My favorite Music: Darn near everything. CKUA: the best radio in the known universe.
My favorite Pets & Animals: Cats. Iguanas.
I can't seem to get enough... Lego, of course. Sleep.
In my craziest moments... I go to war. I don armor, carry a sword and sheild, and do my best to smite before being smote.
Believe it or not... I'm serious about the war part. I fight in the SCA.
Rules I try to live by:
- Leave the world a better place.
- Always give people the benefit of the doubt, but
- Don't be a sucker.
Additional comments:
Some people buy toys for their children. I prefer to skip the middleman and buy them straight for myself.
