Well i'm only about 2 months late !

require constant love, attention, feeding etc.

On lugnet since: around the time of the rollcall
# of sets in collection: lots and lots
# of unopened sets: just a few boring town sets which i only have 'cause
they were in 3 packs
# of lego pieces: lots and lots and lots
# of lego fests attended: none
First lego set: it was a police set which had the minifigs with blank faces
and stiff legs, i found the number when i went to fill this in before but i
can't find it now. my first set which would have been soon after was the
yellow castle, somehow still fully intact with box and everything, what a
nerdy child i must have been :(
Lego dark age: Ouch - two of them ! 1985 - 1997 & 1999 - 2001 The
first one was the normal one but the second one was caused by moving from a
nice big townhouse where rent was cheap to a small apt (in Dublin ireland
where rent is horrendous) where i had no room for lego and thus didn't buy
any apart from the very occasional tiny set.
First set after dark age : the Shell sets !!! Immediately followed by a
trip to a toyshop and the purchase of the Royal Knights Castle. My first
set after the second dark age was the KK Defense Archer of which one can
never have too many.
Favourite themes: Castle, castle, castle. though i have an affection for
space because my main child playing years where 79-83 when there was no
castle lego to buy and thus i bought / was bought all space.
Favorite set: The blacksmiths
Favourite minifig: The blacksmith ! His apron became a black cape and he
was always the hero.
Set/theme you would like to see: Vikings.
Current project: Have decided to buy old castle sets, that's it really, i
didn't do that last time. Unfortunately my last sets where 1984 ones so i
missed out on the guarded inn, tavern etc.
Other (non-lego) interests : Film, and my first melbourne film festival is
coming, yay !
