Monthly Dinners for RTL are a recurring event...

here is a couple pics from the latest “club meeting”.

Here is the pics and the adventure from June 14th’s meeting:

To avoid driving, I asked my sister if I could ride up with her in her friend’s truck. They graciously let me ride (free) with them...

I arrived at my sister’s friend’s appartment, and walked a block to the subway (Spadina Line - I forget which station) Then took the subways for 6 or so stops to Bathurst Subway Station. Walked to Mel’s.

Calum, Derek, John, Bruce, Matthias, and Jeff VW were already there. Not too long after I arrived Chris arrived, and not too long after that, Rob and Richard arrived. (Richard hasn’t made it out to a monthly dinner since the last time we went out for icecream last fall).

Iain was fashionably late, due to an important meeting...at Paramount Canada’s Wonderland, where he spent almost an hour straight on Top Scan.

So we broke up the meeting at around 9:30 and spent 10 more minutes outside doing our traditional mingling outdoors before finally parting ways. I took the subway from Bathurst station to St. George, one of my favorite stations, and went on the University Line.

Rode it to Dundas Station (right by the Eaton’s Centre) and walked to the Coach Terminal, and waited for the bus to take me home to St. Catharines at 11:15. I got to the city at 12:30, taking a little nap on the bus. My mom was there at the bus terminal to take me home. I told her not to worry, that I would take a short cab ride home. Saved me several bucks, anyways.
