The background to my Lego town of Eagleville is really from my love of films.
Mayor Eastwood is around the characters of Clint Eastwood, not anyone specific character, but if Clint was a Mayor of Eagleville this is how I would imagine him to be.
The Castle of the Eagle is named after the Baverian “Schloss Adler” from “Where Eagles Dare” starring Clint Eastwood and Richard Burton. Its a good name for a castle and is the centre of Eagleville.
The name “Eagleville” itself is partly from the castle and partly from the first ideas I had for the town. Eagleville is set in a scenic environment, on a an area of flat land, flanked by rolling hills on one side and a river on the other.
