The TCLTC “Thomas” Modules

The original idea for the Thomas modules was that they would be just a side line, but they quickly became the centerpiece of the TCLTC layout. Ross brilliantly designed the Thomas trains to run opposite ways on the same line using the RCX brick. This photo is of the first iteration of the Thomas modules, being 12’ long. It was shortened to 10’ long and that is how it appeared for our first four shows. It will be lengthened back to 12’ for the LaCrosse show in March 2007.
