Hey everyone! Just thought I'd Let you know that Episode 1 is coing to
Laserdisc... for Japan only though. :( However, AnimeNation.com is taking
preorders now! It is in English, but it has Japanese subtitles that cannot be
turned off. Scheduled release is April 7th. To read the full article, go

P.S. For those of you wondering why it is coming to Laserdisc, the reason is
because the Laserdisc format is very big in Japan. DVD sales have suffered
because of that.

| (...) It's nice to see SOMEONE has a clue as to why Japan gets a laserdisc edition of it and we get VHS. If you've read AICN's anouncement about it, you'd see what I mean. (24 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)
