Sorry, there was a problem with the Mac OS X and Win32 builds. The
source release is fine, but the executables were bad. I did a complete
rebuild of the executables and have updated the web site
(http://www.baumfamily.org/nqc/beta). The new executables have the same
version number, but a build date of 1/2/2003 instead of 1/1/2003.
