Do I have to be a member to use LUGNET?
No, membership in LUGNET is optional, not required. Anyone can stop by and
enjoy the site (read and post messages, access databases, etc.) even if they
are not a member.
Memberships are something extra: a listing and an identity in the system,
and additional privileges on the server (such as having a member page and
other upcoming functionality later).
