Amy Genthner-Wright
("Gabriel's mom")

Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Star Wars primarily

My fascination with LEGO began... when my son turned 4. We've been building and modifying Lego sets ever since.

Someday I will build... the Millenium Falcon and the Mindstorm R2D2 droid. Got them for my son for Christmas 2000, must gear up for putting them together.

LEGO is great because... we can use our imagination endlessly, great for math and engineering. They are one of the best toys ever made.

LEGO fans are great because... they are logical, patient and imaginative.

My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: Brio trains, tinker toys, F-P castles and pirates

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: books, piano, cooking

My favorite Foods: bbq, italian, mexican

My favorite Movies & TV: old movies, cartoons, nature specials

My favorite Artists: impressionists

My favorite Music: classical

My favorite Pets & Animals: dogs

Words which best describe me: humorous, smart, curious, love researching

I love it when... my children are well-behaved in public :-)

I hate it when... people are condescending.

I can't seem to get enough... exercise.

I always seem to have enough... dust.

I hope I always... am trying to improve.

I wish I could... freeze time. Certain moments with children are so perfect they shouldn't end until we are ready.

I hope I never... lose perspective.

More & Less:
  • more listening., less talking.
  • more reading., less watching TV.
  • more kindness., less hurrying.

Rules I try to live by:
  1. God, then family, then everybody and everything else.
  2. I'll always have dust; children grow up: stop and play.
  3. The only thing more over-rated than natural childbirth is owning your own business :-)
