Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Like most, Town is a long time favorite, and Technic is very high on my list too. I have grown founder and founder of Designer/Creator because of the stylish designs. For similar reasons I just love Model Team.
My fascination with LEGO began... ...when I was a 7 or 8 year old kid, I know, a lot of you will cringe reading this but bear with me: my brother and I used to build little vehicles that we would throw slamming into one another, there was a winner, the one "car" losing the least parts. That always stayed with me. We just couldn't destroy those parts! But what I cherish best about that game we had--we only had buckets of Basic—was all the thought process going into building the next “invincible car”, applied physics if you ask me!
It’s later in life, as an adult actually when I got re-acquainted with LEGO that I realized how elaborate and creative a toy it was. I fell in love...
I once built... or should I say tried to build a functional two dial safe-lock like in the old days ...but I failed. Still need to get my hands on blueprints for a second try.
Someday I will build... a minifig scale reproduction of the house where I grew up with all the "fixins" in the right colors.
LEGO is great because... You're kidding? :)
LEGO fans are great because... they make good grown-up kids!

I love it when... I start building a new set and press new parts together, the sound it makes ...the way it softly goes "crack". Oh joy!
I hate it when... I get an eye lash in my eye
I can't seem to get enough... LEGO!! What else!
I always seem to have enough... sugar in my coffee
I hope I always... have great people in my life, I need that social interaction to keep me on my toes and fresh in my perspectives.
I wish I could... go back to university and get a PhD in anthropology and devote my time to studying the human mind.
I hope I never... become senile or demented ;) Poor them!

If I were super-human... I would do like Superman in the movie where he makes the world go back in time, so I wouldn't sell my first LEGO collection...
More & Less:
- more patience, less intolerance
- more of educating ourselves to become understanding of the people and the wide world we live in, less of being judgmental
- more well made, long lasting stuff, less cheaply manufactured crap that depletes resources and ends up in the landfill
