I just found out that this club exists, and am interested in finding out more or
possibly joining but do not know anyone yet. Are there any technic builders in
this club? Do you meet in Columbus?

Nathan,
This "Club" was really just a bunch of guys that got together informally to
build. It has been several years since this has happened though, so it is
pretty safe to say that the "Club" is defunct. It was also in the Cleveland
area.
Your best option would be COLTC, which does meet in Columbus. While technically
a train club, all themes are welcome. (Your name sounds familiar, have you been
to a COLTC meeting before?)
