I know of a few people that live in the Clarksville, Tennessee area. That may
be a bit far away from your area as they probably don't have their licenses yet.

I was in Clarksville for 2 1/2 years about 4 years ago (due to full time active
military service at Fort Campbell) but now I am back at home in Ontario, Canada.
