Scotfest 2004, Aberdour Boat Club, Aberdour, Fife.
Saturday 23rd October, 10am to 6pm.
It will be similar to last years successful event.
Aberdour is just over the Forth bridge from Edinburgh.
By car go over the Forth Road bridge, then follow the A921.
Please let me know if you can offer lifts.
By train it is on the East Coast Main line,
the village has a station on the Fife Circle/Edinburgh-Dundee line.
Edinburgh airport is 20 minutes away, lifts can probably be arranged.
New for 2004, Jenners in Edinburgh has 'Pick a Brick'.
A list of B&B's can be provided - it is a seaside village so bring
the family and have a weekend holiday.
The boat club can hold 20-30 people, it has a small kitchen and
toilets. I will get an extra table.
Lunch will be provided (sandwiches, pizza, fruit?).
An evening meal could be arranged at a local restaurant if required.
There will be LEGO to buy, sell and swap.
A "show and tell" - bring along your favourite set, or MOC and talk
about it for a few minute.
There will be some competitions.
