The hall is free so I've decided with the church leader for a small
contribution for heating, lighting and electricity. I have decided on a small
fee of £2 each - hope that's OK.

Isn't that less than last time? I think it's due to lack of accomodation.
I'll draw up a hotel list a.s.a.p - I can't find any B&B's although there are a
few Travelodge's around.
