We had a great day yesterday. Thanks to Jon and family for having us!
There were 12 of us, IIRC:

After 6 hours talking, building, trading, admiring Jon's collection and so
on, we all went off to the LEGO shop at Bluewater to admire the current LEGO
range (!) and baulk at the prices :-)
I'm sure others will post more details in due course. I'll post pictures on
my website later on today.

| I had to get up at 0445 to enable an 0600 check-in and 0700 flight from Prestwick to Stansted. Chris Dee had offered a lift from there to Jon's, and was waiting at the airport on my arrival. We arrived at Jon's at 0935. What followed was 14 hours (...) (25 years ago, 20-Sep-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
