No, it wouldn't be public domain. It would still be Gary's. The words
"public domain" mean "not copyrighted."
If Gary chooses to post it here, then (by the LUGNET Terms of Use) he is
granting a non-exclusive license to use, adapt, republish, etc. his
material. But he still owns the copyright.
