| I spent some time updating my pages yesterday. I have come up with a name for
my City and it will be Brickingham. I know it is not real origional but hey
nameing ain't my game baby.
Anyway I have updated my Church page with some new exterior shots. The main
differances between this version and the previous is now all the windows are
arched, I have changed from green to tan baseplates, and I have added a small
cemetary. I have also named the Church. It will be The Brickingham Church of
the Creator.

I have also added a page for the first of my small peasant homes.

Finally I have added a page for a couple of characters I have come up with. I
personally do not paint or cut my LEGO so all of this is done with standard
parts. I have also decided to model my characters after the characters in
Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series of Novels.
So far I have done Richard Cypher/Rahl and Chase. I would like to do Kahlan
Amnell but I might wait for the Princess Leia torso because Kahlen is the
Mother Confessor and always wares white robes. Plus there are a hugh number of
other characters like Zedd (wizard of the first order), Addie (sorceress),
Shota (witch), and generics like the Mord Sith and the Sisters of the Light.
So I have a lot of work to do on characters but here are the first couple.
Richard's pictures did not come out great. I think it is because of the
background I was using so I will make another attempt. Richard is the hero in
the Sword of Truth novels. I have used the Torso from the Naboo soldier in the
Flash speeder but I used Brown Arms, Brown Legs, Brown hood from Young Obi Wan,
Brown Cape. He begins the story as a woods guide who is very skilled with the
Bow and Arrow so I have given him a black bow and black quiver. He is very
cool looking but with so much brown he is difficult to get a good photograph
of. The other character is Chase who is one of Richard's friends and is a
forest warden.

I also named the Inn the Brickingham Inn in case you are interested.

So, they'll be worshipping you, then? :D
Very nice, all of it.

Wow hadn't even thought of that one. What a convenient play on words. I
really got the Creator part from the Terry Goodkind novels but hey it works for
me. For I am the Creator and they shall all worship me. :-).

Of course they shall: You are the Hand of God (HOG). Not only are you the
creator but you move them around and build everything for them!

| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Hey Eric!
I somehow missed the house part of this post (d'oh!) and only noticed it now.
I like it a lot! The "details" in the roof are really innovative (IMO) and I
like the way the chimney is built.
One more thing: I could never find a door that would suit the house better. ;-)
Nicely done! Are there more coming?

Thanks Shiri,
I hope there are more coming but I think as Dave E. mentioned in his posts
about his houses these things just eat up 1x1 black bricks and 1xX black plates
so it is mostly a supply thing. I might have to try and come up with a style
that works that isn't in the Tudor style just so I can use more regular bricks.
