True Blood, s01e09, Plaisir damour.
After Sookie identifies the vampire bartender Longshadow responsible for
stealing from Fangtasia, Bill steps in to protect her. In doing so however, he
breaks a vampire taboo : killing an other vampire.
Even though that scene is actually in Fangtasia, I choose to display it in
Merlottes bar because it is more recognizable.

At the IndyLUG August meeting/pool party, we were
repeatedly attacked by a hell-spawned giant insect, A.K.A. the very persistent
horse fly. I decided to make a vignette of the scene. The fly itself may be
just a bit exaggerated in size, but how else do you make insects out of LEGOs?
Anyway, the scene shows Matt, Joe and I in the pool trying to drench the fly.
Matt and Joe used waterguns while I flailed away empty handed. I know that Matt
doesnt have clay orange facial hair, but I think I got the expression just
right with the head I used.

Heres a quick little MOC I put together last night. I was playing around
with characters ideas using the newer fedoras, and my wife was watching
bull-riding on TV, so the two ended up melding into one.

Its simple, but perfect in every way. Well done!

Yeah, Im kind of in an odd mood - this is the second creation, a vignette this
time, in what Ive decided to call my Animals At War series - a pathetic
attempt to give credibility to a sick subject.
So here we see some sheep being herded across a minefield.
Complaints, comments, hate mail to the usual address please.
