One "disappointment" (not with your work, but with the limits of Lego) is that
there aren't stock hairpieces that could be used for the 4th and 6th Doctors.
But I wonder if there isn't a hat that the 4th Doc could wear?

PS On further viewing, I really like how you've mananged to create the Daleks
and Cybermen. While the proportions are off (to be expected at the minifig
scale), the image and feel are great!!
