RE: ILTCO multi-club train layout at NMRA show in Philly,PA July 7-9th (setup
July 5th-6th)
Hi All,
Well I received confirmation today on our hotel room block (see contact info
below). We have a group rate of 79.99 + 14%tax /night, double queen beds (2
people per room), non-smoking, free parking, free breakfast, & free wireless.
Date: July 5th - 10th (checking out on the 9th is fine too, pls let them know)
Each room needs to be individually reserved and paid for. The Group Name =
ILTCO with the conf# = BARILE
If you prefer a different arrangement then double beds, non-smoking please
ask reservations to when you call.
There is a commuter train station 1 block from the hotel that drops you at
the convention center (~20mins). I am working on some group rates for that
as well.
