Hello and welcome to my new page on LUGNET.

This web page is not endorsed or authorised by The Official LEGO® Company

I’m Jean-Marc and french/english/bisschen german speaking. But for everyone who has trouble with the french prononciation of my name, I invite you to call me legomotive.

Here is our NovaLUG Website, and on Lugnet my group is NovaLUG (Nova Scotia LEGO® Users Group). It is a group of LEGO® fans scattered across Canada’s ocean playground. We formed in early October, 2002, to put together a train layout for a show in Truro. So far we have mainly done train shows, but our members have a wide range of LEGO® interests.

We are an Affiliate LEGO® Train Clubs With ILTCO

Oh, by the way! Our next show will be held in Charlottetown, PEI, for the Jack Frost Festival, on 16 to 18 of February. Of course, everyone is welcome!

I will put lots of neat things on this page and link to other neat things, but it’ll take some times... I’m a former dairy farmer and presently a truck driver. I have no background in computer, the opposite of a “geek”... 8^D

But I have a unique skill! I can smell the color of the bricks! I even have proof of it! It was during the last Brickfest in Arlington, VA in front of a huge crowd of more or less 150 people including 3 LEGO® officials. I was on the stage in front of a web cam and my wife Karen captured some shots at home on our computer... I wasn’t ready for all this but I purchased a LUGNET T-shirt to blind my eyes and borrowed a “cape” from MichLUG!
  • I’m here smelling the odor of a white brick...

  • And here’s a wide shot of the event (my assistant for this occasion was Christina)

  • And a last one for your pleasure, at that time I lost my cape... ;^D

I promise to come back later and add on this page something always more interesting.
In the mean time, I invite you to visit My Brickshelf Gallery for looking at my cool creations (MOCs) so far.

If you liked what you saw please let me know
