This set was released in 1993 in a red plastic storage bin with no lid. Inside it were four yellow cardboard boxes with no tops that held the bagged elements. Upon these sat a pile of two-sided laminated activity cards. These were topped by a slightly larger cardboard display sheet (including an element survey at the bottom). The whole thing was strapped up and sat snugly in a corrigated cardboard carton. The red bins could be stacked safely and were exceptionally sturdy. 9355, the DACTA "space set", was also shipped this way.
This set was released in 1995 with a new top cardboard cover (pictured here, no element survey, completely different hospital layout), in the new-for-1995 green medium bin with clear snap-on lid.
