Persil promotional set, sold for 9.95 UK pounds via mail offer. Also available for a short time in Denmark, France, and Germany, probably via a Lever Bros brand promotion. Definitely sold as a complete boxed set. It is extremely rare. Billund archives list the name as "Delta Spacecraft Set".
