G'day,
following the vote taken on the evening of Jan 26 [:( ], I am making my
first official post as spokesperson of the 'MUGS' to let everyone who is
interested [and even those who aren't] know that we will be having our next
meeting/get-together on Sunday March 4th. This is open to anyone who will be
in Melbourne or can get there on the day, and will be [hopefully] held in
Pascoe Vale [a northern suburb of Melbournee...more details to follow as I
get them :)]
It is hoped that we wil have more of the usual trading and comparing MOC's,
along with the possibility of a training camp for bric-wars armies in
preperation of a planned invasion by the dreaded SLUGS later on this year.
All going well, we plan on running a second training camp before the
invasion. Both of these camps will be run with the assistance of 'The 1st
batallion, Royal Brik-torian regiment' and will hopefully cover weapons
training, diversions, targetting, identification of faulty ammunition, and
radio mast safety. As it is believed that the Welshishish will be attacking
from space, any appropriate transport/assault craft will also be required.
