John Knight
("Matches Malone")

Favorite LEGO toys/themes: Classic Space (circal 1979!)

My fascination with LEGO began... Age 5. The first set I can remember is a red, double-decker bus.

I once built... A near scale model of an AT-AT that was motorized and could walk!

Someday I will build... or rather FINISH my scale model of the Space Shuttle

LEGO is great because... anthing is possible. (well just about!)

LEGO fans are great because... we are the most creative and enthusiastic people on the planet (who just hapeen to have an addiction to THE best construction toy on the planet!)

My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: oh.. this is tough... er......I'll pass.

My favorite Hobbies & Interests: Programming, wood working, architecture, archeaology

My favorite Foods: Italian.

My favorite Movies & TV: PBS, X-Files...

My favorite Artists: Monet, DiVinci

My favorite Music: Rock & Roll, Classical , Bluegrass

My favorite Pets & Animals: Cats and Dogs

Words which best describe me: eclectic, conservitive, outgoing, warm, enthusiastic

I love it when... The model is done. (time to get more pieces!)

I hate it when... I can't find the part or the silk-screened image of the "space" logo is worn off of a brick.

I can't seem to get enough... Silk screened blue/white space elements.

I always seem to have enough... red bricks....

I hope I always... have time for Legos.

I wish I could... buy them in bulk.

I could never... build a working ICBM out of bricks.. tried once.. won't do it again...

I hope I never... am forced to sell my collection.

I wish I hadn't... traided Robert Payne the radar dishes and antenna from an early space set for.. GASP! wheels!

In my craziest moments... see above...

Believe it or not... I too wrote Lego several times when I was younger...

If I were super-human... ditch my day job, become a journalist and star wearing glasses! (seems that's what you're supposed to do!)
