Favorite LEGO toys/themes: I played with Legos growing up, but recently decided I wanted to build robots. Ohmigoodness... how things have changed... And I can't build anything with these new pieces, YET!
My fascination with LEGO began... Growing up, I had a paper box half full of a number of random sets, starting with the 854 go kart and ending with sets like 483 & 565. I stopped messing with them after middle school...
I once built... ...a massive tower using all my original pieces, to create a vertical gaming space for a miniatures game we'd made up.
Someday I will build... ...a two-legged COG walker, a hexapod (or maybe an octopod), a motorized 8455, a 8880-like super car out of modern parts...
LEGO is great because... ...I enjoy sorting them into their little compartments. I really like to be able to understand how mechanics work, on a more first-hand basis. I enjoy mixing various building styles when constructing.
LEGO fans are great because... ...they're very creative.
My favorite Non-LEGO Toys: Computer games?
